OPEN ACCOUNTS

Our terms are Net 30 days from invoice date.
An invoice is provided to you at pick-up or delivery, no statement will follow.
Service charge compounded on overdue accounts at the rate of 1.5% per month.

A credit application is provided for your convenience.

NEW CUSTOMERS

If you do not have an open line of credit with Odorite but you would like to purchase products, we welcome you. Purchases can be made with all major credit cards.
Use our online shopping cart to receive a quote for your products and then call Odorite with your credit card information.
If you are located within our delivery area, we will be glad to deliver the products to you. You can also come to our showroom and pick up products yourself or we can ship by UPS.

ORDERS

Orders can be placed by phone, fax, e-mail, on-line catalog or with your ODORITE sales representative. All product code numbers are provided in the descriptions of the products.

RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from ODORITE Company. Customers must furnish invoice number and date of purchase. ODORITE will not accept any materials for return after 30-days following purchase. Material must be in good, resalable condition.

DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery is provided to locations within our normal scheduled delivery routes at no additional charge. Delivery days are Tuesday through Friday.
